Joe Nolan is the Founder and CEO of Toro Science, where he leads the product development of the company’s dual-use technology portfolio. A decorated veteran of the U.S. Air Force with multiple deployments, he has built and exited several technology companies, including Perspective Studios (acquired by Rockstar Games) and Motus Global (acquired by Driveline Baseball). His career spans motion capture, human performance, simulation, and large-scale AI visualization systems. Joe’s leadership is driven by a mission to translate defense-grade innovation into scalable real-world applications.

Zeeshan Sardar is Chief Technology Officer at Toro Science, leading AI, machine learning, and spatial computing development across all platforms. He brings nearly a decade of experience building end-to-end ML and computer vision systems from research through to large-scale deployment. Zeeshan has held senior engineering roles across healthcare, robotics, cybersecurity, and industrial AI environments. He leads Toro’s global engineering teams and oversees the technical evolution of the Celeste platform.

Kathy Bartlett is a seasoned CFO with over twenty years of experience supporting high-growth, technology-driven companies. She specializes in financial strategy, valuation, forecasting, and building operational systems to support scale and capital formation. Kathy is known for translating complex technical vision into disciplined financial execution. She ensures Toro Science plans and scales with clarity, rigor, and long-term financial stability.

Jason LaMendola is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur with broad leadership experience in healthcare, technology, and governance. He’s built and scaled a network of physical therapy clinics across the New York metropolitan area through disciplined growth and acquisition. Jason previously served as a partner and advisor at Motus Global, contributing to data-driven performance and biomechanics initiatives. At Toro Science, he provides strategic guidance on technology commercialization and operational execution.

Dr. James Paci is Director of Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine for Suffolk County and a leader within the Northwell Health system. He serves as an Associate Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell. Dr. Paci is Head Team Physician for Farmingdale State College and PAL Junior Islanders Ice Hockey. His expertise bridges elite sports medicine, clinical leadership, and academic instruction.

Mike Neligan is a sports and entertainment executive with over twenty years of experience across brand partnerships and media strategy. He has worked with global athletes, major consumer brands, and leading entertainment properties, brokering more than $350 million in deals. Mike has served previously as CMO and Co-Founder alongside Gary Vaynerchuk. He brings deep expertise in partnerships, brand value creation, and commercial storytelling to Toro Science.

Vincent Brown is a prolific entrepreneur with nearly two decades’ experience building companies across healthcare, energy, and fintech. He has founded and scaled ventures focused on operational efficiency, strategic growth, and technology-driven transformation. Vincent is the founder of Brainpower Trading, a quantitative platform applying AI to modern investment strategies. At Toro Science, he contributes strategic insight across innovation, market fit, and long-term value creation.

The Chief Innovation Officer will lead the identification and development of next-generation technologies that address critical government needs while maintaining clear dual-use commercial pathways. Working closely with the CEO and CTO, this role will shape Toro Science’s innovation pipeline, from concept through early validation. The CIO will evaluate emerging opportunities, align product development with mission-driven use cases, and ensure each initiative has strong potential for successful spinout and market adoption across both government and private sectors.

The Chief Commercial Officer will drive the transition of Toro Science innovations from development into scalable commercial ventures. As products mature, this role will identify market opportunities, secure strategic partnerships, and define go-to-market strategies for spinout companies. Working across internal teams and external stakeholders, the CCO will ensure each venture is positioned for successful launch, funding, and growth, while maximizing enterprise value and aligning commercialization efforts with Toro Science’s broader portfolio strategy.

The Chief of Staff will serve as the central liaison between Toro Science and its portfolio companies, ensuring alignment, transparency, and performance across all ventures. This role will manage ongoing communication, track key milestones, and provide leadership with clear visibility into each company’s progress, challenges, and capital needs. The Chief of Staff will also support strategic decision-making by identifying opportunities for collaboration, resource allocation, and operational improvements across the portfolio.
